We developed these products since Sep., 2012 and built 5 proto-moulds to improve these products. It took about 12 months to get the perfect products and started to produce. In order to show our sincere cooperation with Switch, we even gave them financial support;

However we didn’t receive any money from this company since March of 2014. In addition they don’t give us any notice and then stopped everything and we still have more than 50K pcs products which had not been shipped. We got more than 75,000 dollars debt with Switch. We used to think Switch was a big and creditworthy company since he is not small and he is a American company, which we think almost all American companies view their reputation as life. But it seems not all since Switch might take reputation as nothing.

So this visit was not happy on both hands. We did not get any payment and they even did not see us. This gives us deepest hurt. Could people be this way? Our workers work very hard to produce this cargo. We spent a lot of time to do the testing, inspection, paper documents and some times we needed to wait very long time for just one result. And now we got nothing and they gave us only one word “We don’t have money.” We are not sure which is Switch’s business idea. But we know that this should be wrong all over the world. We might not get the payment even part; Switch might be good since they don’t need to pay any supplier. But God sees this, we believe. I am not sure how Switch’s boss thinks when he or she is in the church. Are they really believing God? We wonder.

We will go through this. We will not change our mind to do business based on mutual benefit. But we are sorry that we have to change some down payments to ensure that our safety with all customers. Please understand this.
