At present, we can manufacture the products what are mainly divided into three kinds of manufacturing technology, which are Extruding, Molding and Large Vulcanized Machine. Our extrusion manufacturing technology is mainly for 2 industries use, which is auto industry and construction industry. Sealing system for auto industry are mainly but not only including cars’ sealing strips, weather strips, edge trims, door seals and there are a lot of PVC, TPE, TPR, silicone, EPDM seals for construction industry. We could cover almost all rubber and plastics seals for all kinds of shape. And meanwhile we could glue or cure them into square frame, O shape frame, V shape frame etc..
Through our molding manufacturing technology we can produce almost all kinds of different customized rubber parts according to customers’ drawing.
Our Large vulcanizing machine manufacturing technology is mainly manufacturing FKM & SILICON rubber sheet, Membrane and Silicon Vacuum Bags. These are new but our most advantage products since we purchase large quantity of FKM and Silicon raw material.
